Our beef is exclusively Aberdeen Angus, a traditional breed of
cattle which has the essential qualities of taste, texture and
tenderness that make them widely acclaimed as the best beef available.
We believe that the welfare of the cattle is paramount and that
a stress free life produces the best beef.
The cattle are protected by a stringent code of animal welfare
with free range and plenty of space and shelter.
Our delicious, richly flavoured organic beef is well hung, for
three to four weeks to enhance its quality and tenderness. The
combination of the Aberdeen Angus breed, raised under strict organic
conditions, slowly matured in a natural way produces unbeatable,
exceptional quality beef.
Our beef is professionally butchered locally and carefully vacuum
packed to ensure that it reaches you in perfect condition. You
can choose your own selection of cuts or one of our beef boxes,
which offer exceptionally good value.
All of the beef is reared on our farm. It is fully traceable as
is all the feed. We think it is important that you know exactly
where your beef comes from and to know that it has only been fed
a natural diet.

Wildlife Conservation
As we don't use chemicals on the farm, wildlife has a chance to
flourish. We have several trees shelterbelts which are havens
for wildlife, we have planted almost 2km of hedges and have made
a wildlife pond where there are a healthy frog community and birds
and bats can be seen taking insects on the wing. There are deer
too and we have planted out several areas in plant mixes specifically
to suit wildlife.
Some of the neighbours who were brought up in the area have noted
that there are even more birds and butterflies here than when
they were children.
